We have adapted and cultivated redcurrants from a Mediterranean origin, in order to offer the widest range of berries to our consumers. This perfectly round and intensely red fruit has conditioned itself to our climate and soil exceptionally well, without loosing its flavor, its aroma or its perfect shape.

In order to maintain its freshness and purity, we have covered our plants with special netting, to prevent direct UV rays, as well as preventing dust and rain from landing on the fruit. This keeps both the plant and the fruit clean and free from disease.

The redcurrant harvest is carried out according to HACCP regulations; that is to say the fruit is picked and immediately packaged. In other words the packing is done in the field, avoiding excessive handling of the fruit, conserving its purity and thus ensuring optimum quality.
