The raspberries and blackberries harvested at the San José Farms are characterized by their fresh and attractive aroma, as well as by their smooth color and subtle flavor.

Our experience has resulted in the cultivation of different varieties in order to satisfy the taste of our consumers, which allows us to maintain a consistent supply throughout the period from November to April.

Due to the fact that we continually preoccupy ourselves with the quality of our fruit, we have invested in protecting our fruit with netting and specially engineered plastic roofing. This avoids any damage that can be caused by UV rays, or direct rainfall on the fruit, allowing it to keep its natural shape, flavor, aroma and appearance.

In order to provide you with a trustworthy and quality fruit, we have implemented, HACCP regulations, that is to say the fruit is picked and immediately packaged. In other words the packing is done in the field, avoiding excessive handling of the fruit, conserving its purity and thus ensuring optimum quality.
