San José Farms has one of the oldest properties producing blueberries in Chile. It is made up of 80 hectares (192 acres) in a surrounding typical of the natural characteristics of this distant South American area.

Our harvest season is between November and March, during which time the fruit ripens to its healthy, fresh, pure-colored perfect state.

Our fruits, cultivated and harvested according to the Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), is protected against frost with an overhead sprinkler irrigation system, and netting for dust control and sun protection as well, ensuring high quality production. Due to our concern for the quality of our fruit, we have implemented state-of-the-art technology in our packing departments, providing controlled storage according to HACCP regulations. All this ensures that our fruit is fresh and healthy.

In order for us to ensure that we provide you with a top quality product, we start the cooling process of the fruit in the field before it is transferred to the cool room, and so achieve optimum results of production with inequitable attributes.
